I build brand identities that give businesses a clear point of view and a consistent way to show up, from strategy and visual identity to the details that bring the brand to life.

Selected projects

I’m Yomi, a brand identity designer with a background in Computer Engineering. I work with startups and growing businesses to build visual identities that make their value easier to recognise, understand, and remember.

My approach goes beyond making a business look good. I’m interested in how people perceive a brand, what makes one business stand apart from others in its category, and how design can communicate the difference. From brand strategy and visual identity to art direction and digital touchpoints, I build visual systems that give businesses a more distinct and consistent way to show up.

I’m particularly interested in technology companies and the space where brand identity meets digital experiences. I believe good design should be visually considered, commercially relevant, and grounded in a clear understanding of the business behind it.

Every project starts with a question: what is the idea this brand should be known for? I dig into the business, its audience, and the space it operates in to find that answer. From there, I build the visual identity around the idea, so the colours, type, imagery, and details feel like parts of the same story.

Outside of work, I jog, play football and tennis, and I watch a lot of movies. I'm usually up for a game, a run, or a film when I'm not designing.
